Join Pilates by Janessa for the 4th annual Summer Boot Camp! This year the program has expanded to include new elements! Experience the intensity of FIVE STRAIGHT DAYS OF CONDITIONING and take your fitness to the next level. In addition to your FIVE 75-minute Pilates classes, you'll tackle THREE outdoor cardio-fitness days with Jess Lehnhoff of Lehnhoff Tennis International, a gentle yoga class with expat instructor Kelly Lawson to round out your week in addition to your selected WELLNESS treatment. You will also be provided with a nutrition e-kit from Nordin Nutrition with recipe suggestions for clean eating during the boot camp, energy boosting tips, and more. We've got you covered mind, body and spirit!

Choose one of the following to complete your Boot Camp experience:
-Massage or Naprapath Session with Naprapat-Hanna in Gärdet (45 min)
-Chiropractor treatment with Incuro in Södermalm (45 min)
-Nutritional Counseling/Dietary Assessment with Nordin Nutrition (45 min)
Note: Your session will be booked based on practitioner availability during the Boot Camp week or the weekdays on either side. Janessa will connect you directly to your practitioner via email.

Summer Boot Camp 2016 Fees
Your fee includes all Pilates, yoga and fitness sessions, all equipment, fresh fruit daily and your wellness supplement treatment. (Total physical hours plus wellness treatment: 10)
Early Bird Rate (register from 2 May to 1 June) 2100:-

2) your health or fitness goal for the boot camp week (each client's goal will be individually assessed and targeted throughout the camp)
3) any injuries or health considerations that the boot camp facilitators should be aware of during your Pilates, yoga and cardio/fitness sessions. Information is kept confidential.
