SUMMER BOOT CAMP 22 - 26 June 2015
Join Pilates by Janessa for the 3rd annual Summer Boot Camp! This year the program has expanded to include new elements! Experience the intensity of FIVE STRAIGHT DAYS OF CONDITIONING and take your fitness to the next level. In addition to your five Pilates classes, this year there will be THREE outdoor cardio-fitness days with Jess Lehnhoff of Lehnhoff Tennis International. There will also be ONE gentle yoga class with a local instructor to round out your week in addition to your selected WELLNESS treatment.

Choose one of the following to complete your Boot Camp experience:
-Chiropractor or Naprapath Session with Incuro in Södermalm (45 min)
-Massage or Naprapath Session with Naprapat-Hanna in Gärdet (45 min)
-Nutritional Counseling/Dietary Assessment via Skype with Nordin Nutrition (45 min)
Note: Your session will be booked based on practitioner availability during the Boot Camp week or the following week (29 June -3 July). Janessa will connect you directly to your practitioner via email.

Summer Boot Camp 2015 Fees
Your fee includes all Pilates, yoga and fitness sessions, all equipment, fresh fruit daily and your wellness supplement treatment. (Total physical hours plus wellness treatment: 10)
Early Bird Rate (register from 20 May to 1 June) 2000:-

Boot Camp 2013 and 2014 participants (register until 21 June) 1900:-
Buddy Rate (find one friend to register with you by 1 June) 1900:- each

1) your desired wellness treatment
2) your health or fitness goal for the boot camp week (each client's goal will be individually assessed and targeted throughout the camp)
3) any injuries or health considerations that the boot camp facilitators should be aware of during your Pilates, yoga and cardio/fitness sessions. Information is kept confidential.
