Pilates by Janessa is pleased to announce the Spring 2017 Detox Pilates Week in partnership with Nordin Nutrition! Join us Monday, 8 May through Sunday, 14 May* for a perspective-changing and health-boosting week of Pilates, nutritional education and juice fasting! This year in addition to partnering once again with Juiceverket and Lila Lotus we are offering the option to juice for 3 or 5 days, and we've added a gentle detox yoga class in the studio, an online mini-Pilates class for days we don't have studio meetings, and a robust pre/post-detox recipe bundle. We are also going green this year to reduce paper waste- your detox guide and recipe booklet will be downloadable instead of printed.
Our detox cleanse program is sure to reset your body and mind, boost your health, and renew your energy while promoting healthy weight loss and the motivation to embrace a healthier lifestyle! You will begin to remove certain items from your diet earlier in the week or the week before so that your body is prepared for the fast and so that the cleanse can have maximum positive effects for your system. This will be covered in the online pre-detox meeting. All events are at the Pilates by Janessa studio or online.
