The detox program is sure to reset your body and mind, boost your health, and renew your energy while promoting healthy weight loss and the motivation to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Join us and experience juice cleansing in a group setting where we can all journey through together with support, warmth and encouragement.

  • Three tailored pilates and yoga classes by Pilates by Janessa in a small group (max 8 per class)
  • Three nutrition and lifestyle lectures to support your cleanse
  • Support and guidance from a qualified Nutritionist throughout your journey
  • Full pre and post detox body composition analysis including weight and fat percentages, BMR, bone mineral mass, visceral fat indicator and metabolic age allowing you to see tangible improvements from your cleanse

  • Spirulina to support your detox
  • Access to a private Facebook group to support one another and share the journey
  • Three days of guided juicing with a choice of juicing yourself or buying the nutritionally tailored juices (with our juicing partner JuiceVerket in Odenplan)
    • A five day juicing option is available for experienced detoxers

  • 18.30-19.25 Gentle Detox Yoga
  • 19.30-20.15 Nutrition Lecture/Workshop #2

CLASS #3: Sunday 12 November

  • 14.30-15.25 Open Level Pilates Mat
  • 15.30-16.30 Nutrition Lecture/Workshop #3and Break of Fast (organic and raw food group meal from Lila Lotus)

RATES

  • 2100kr for the course excluding juices
  • 2773kr for the course including 3 days of juices from JuiceVerket

Anula Maiberg Stockholm Weekend! (22-24 September 2017)

This September the studio is thrilled to welcome New York City's Anula Maiberg (of Sixth Street Pilates)! Anula will offer group mat and springboard classes and private training hours, in addition to her fantastic workshop Mythbusting Your Pilates Practice. This is Anula's first European teaching tour and her visit is not to be missed! Bookings are open on Mindbody!

Anula's Mythbusting Your Pilates Practice workshop will cover some common misconceptions encountered in Pilates. First and foremost, the feeling of not being good enough at certain exercises. She will cover some simple ways to change the language we use to discuss our bodies and make room for ourselves to feel more successful.
Anula will discuss spine mobility, "muscles we are never told we should feel" (neck, low back, quads, hip flexors), modifications & negative language.

BIO

Anula Maiberg was born in Israel and moved to NYC in 2001 in order to pursue a career in photography. While working on her degree at the School of Visual Arts she fell in love with Pilates through the classes and private sessions she took around the city. After receiving her Masters in Fine Art from the Royal College in London and a few years at a "desk" job she realized happiness wasn't in front of the computer screen. She decided to attended the Kane School for Core Integration (Kinected) to become a fully certified teacher graduated in 2009. After several years teaching she was accepted into the Kathy Grant Heritage Training Masers Program led by Cara Reeser of Pilates Aligned in Denver and graduated in 2014. Anula is passionate about upholding the traditions and principles of Pilates while being able to update and personalize them for the needs of her students. She also feels strongly about volunteering her time to the LGBTQ community and believes Pilates is a wonderful movement modality and a tool for healing in a supportive environment.

The studio will be hosting an Open House from 10.00-14.00 on Saturday, 13 August for new faces. If you have wanted to try Pilates but haven't gotten around to it yet, now is the moment. Choose from the following:
